Pavel Plaskonny (Russian: Павел Сергеевич Пласконный, born on January 29, 1985) is a Belarusian footballer. He plays defender for Greek club Panionios F.C..

Plaskonny started his career at Lokomotiv Moscow B. He signed a 3-year deal for Khimki in December 2007, which was later canceled. In January 2008, he signed a 2.5-year deal with Panionios F.C..^{[citation needed]}

He was call-up to national team for the first time in November 2005.^[1]
