This user is a member of the Wikimedia OTRS team.

This is a legitimate alternate account used by an established editor while on wikibreak. This account is only being used for OTRS-related edits when absolutely necessary; the idea of the wikibreak on the main account yet still have an account for OTRS editing was to remove all the distractions (and time which is otherwise spent on 'wikibreak') the other account inherently has, while still being able to deal with urgent OTRS edits as necessary.

If you know the identity of the wikibreaking account, it would be appreciated if you didn't go spreading it about; as said above, the rationale for having this account is to still be able to execute OTRS-related edits without the distraction of the other account (being on a wikibreak excluding occasional OTRS tasks), so spreading the identity around would merely mitigate this rationale. This account will not be used in any way abusively, and the people who do know the identity will ensure no breach of policy or good practice occurs.
