Paul Sutcliffe is a very handsome young man who lives in Andover more commonly known as Sutty Rules, He is beleived to be one of the Hardest people in Andover and has always been a bit of a ladys man! although for the last few years has settled down into family life enjoying the fruits of this new life style. he still enjoy the odd glass of sherry with his friend down the local public house, his life long ambition is to become a hairdresser to the stars working in London, but sadly for the moment he puts up with the normal 9 til 5 monday to friday grind. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.152.83.105 (talk) 10:26, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
