Aideen Nicholson was the Liberal MP for the riding of Trinity from 1974 to 1988. She held the portfolios of Consumer and Corporate Affairs (as well as Postmaster General) in the Trudeau government from 4 March 1980 - 30 September 1980.
[edit] Moon base
Hellyer was on Tucker Calson's show Dec 9, 2005, saying that the Bush administration ig going to put a base on the Moon to counter attacks from extraterrestrials. Bubba73 (talk), 15:19, 10 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Conspiracy theorist
Is it really neccesary to put Hellyer under that category? His views may be a little off centre, but I don't think he's alleging any sort of grand conspiracy. Also, his beliefs regarding ufo's are a very small part of his overall political worldview. If no one minds, I'll remove the category. 207.6.31.119 04:59, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] UFOs and Global Warming
He is now claiming that the US has alien technology which could be used to combat global warming. He is 83, so I would say he is going senile, but he has been saying things like this for years. When he was defense minister, didn't Canada have nuclear warheads on their anti-aircraft missiles? --Amcalabrese 17:08, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
