This article needs a bit of an expansion and an overhaul for the article. The other thing is that I am dubious about whether he meets notability standards, given that he only has 25 staff and has a turnover of about 1 million pounds. A real estate agent who sells 10 houses in Australia would have that much turnover

    A. Images are copyright tagged, and non-free images have fair use rationales:

    Not applicable, there are none
  7. Overall:
    Pass or Fail:
  1. References are missing from some one sentence paragraphs
  2. Paragraphs should consist of more than one sentence. Please combine and integrate the one sentence paras or expand the article
  3. In general the article is very short - 2.5k of main prose. From the listed refs, there seems to be more scope for expansion
  4. Refs need to be formatted properly with full details of publisher, dates , author, see {{cite news}} and {{cite web}}.
  5. I do not think the PSYBT is a reliable source since Conway is one of their awardwinners and does promotions for them, so in effect he is in a partnership with them
  6. Lead is supposed to be a wrap-up of the main body. At the moment, the lead is basically more than the main body itslef.
  7. Refs need to be directly after teh punctuation, not before it.
  8. "in this highly competitive business" need sources
  9. "with overall Scottish third place" not correct English
  10. There are commas missing throughout the article
