The young goalkeeper Paulo Victor started the career in the city of Assis, and arrived at the Flamengo in the year of 2004, to the 17 years. Since then, it gained the Championship Carioca of Juniores three times, in 2005, 2006 and 2007, beyond having conquered diverse headings, as Goblet OPG in the year of the 2006 and Record Pantry, in the previous year, 2005. Promoted at the beginning of 2007, for then the technician rubro-black Ney Franco, the goleiro currently trains with the professionals, together with Bruno, Diego and Marcelo Lomba. Paulo still came back to dispute plus a competition for the juniores in the year of 2007. It was the goleiro of bearer of the campaign of the team in the Goblet Otávio Pinto Guimarães, that could count on players born in 1987.
