Paula Franzese

Paula Franzese is an American law professor, specializing in real property and ethics. She is the Peter W. Rodino Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law and a visiting professor of political science at Barnard College. She graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College (1980) and went on to receive her Juris Doctor at Columbia University School of Law (1983). She was appointed Chair of the newly empowered State Ethics Commission by New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine in 2006. Previously, she was appointed Special Ethics Counsel to New Jersey Governor Richard Codey.
Franzese won numerous awards for teaching and is a frequent lecturer for Bar/Bri.
