Paula Bennett (b. 1969) is a New Zealand politician and member of parliament for the National Party.
Bennett attended Taupo-nui-a-tia College in Taupo, and later gained a BA in social policy from Massey University at Albany (where, in 1996, she was also President of the Massey University at Albany Students' Association). She previously worked for a human resources company in Auckland.
In the 2005 election, Bennett stood as the National Party's candidate for the Waitakere seat, but was unsuccessful. She nevertheless entered Parliament as a list MP, having been ranked 45th.
