Paula Baracho Rosas Ribeiro (born July 31, 1981 in Recife) is a freestyle swimmer from Brazil, who won the silver medal in the women's 4x200m freestyle relay at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. A resident of São Paulo she also represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.
