Paula Ann Triplett (nee Bland, born 23 May 1968) is a former teenage actress. She is best known for her role as Claire Scott in the BBC school drama Grange Hill between 1981 and 1985, her final appearance being in the 1985 Christmas Special.
After briefly appearing in the popular BBC comedy Only Fools and Horses, Bland's last known television role, in 1992, was in the ITV police drama The Bill.
Bland married Peter Triplett in September 1992 and is no longer acting. She has two children, Daniel and Isabella and works for a PR Company in London.
