Paul de Thouars (born 1930) is Pendekar of Indonesian martial arts Serak Tulen and Bukti Negara.

Dutch-Indonesian Paul de Thouars was born in East Java, Indonesia. He started training in martial arts at the age of six, under the guidance of his uncle, Guru John de Vries. Prior to Guru de Vries' death in 1972, he appointed Paul de Thouars as his successor.

Paul de Thouars is a guru (teacher) of the Indonesian martial arts system of Pukulan Pentjak Silat Serak and the creator of the sub-system of Pukulan Pentjak Silat Bukti Negara.
