Paul Quattlebaum

Paul Quattlebaum can refer to a number of different people.
- Paul Quattlebaum (July 8, 1812 – October 18, 1890) was a legislator and militia general from Lexington, South Carolina, notable for signing the South Carolina ordinance of secession
- Paul Jones Quattlebaum (May 19, 1836 – January 4, 1883) son of the above, graduated the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1857, but resigned his commission to serve in the Confederate Army, rising to the rank of lieutenant colonel
