Paul McQuistan (born April 30, 1983 in San Diego, CA) is an american football offensive guard.

McQuistan plays for for the National Football League Oakland Raiders.
Paul McQuistan became a cult hero among members of the Raider Nation almost instantly after pictures of him with a scowl and flaming red mullet began circulating around Internet message boards. He started the first few games of his rookie season at right guard, before being benched. His second season he started the last few games at right tackle.

He played college football at Weber State University in Utah, and was selected in the third round (69th overall) by the Raiders in the 2006 NFL Draft. His twin brother, Pat McQuistan also played at Weber State and was selected in the seventh round (211 overall) by the Dallas Cowboys.

McQuistan attended Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Oregon and was a student and a letterman in football. In football, he was named as a second team All-Valley League selection as an offensive lineman, and was an All-Valley League Honorable Mention selection as a defensive lineman.
