Paul Lambert (born 21 November 1975, Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian Football League offensive guard for the Montreal Alouettes.

He lived in Calgary, Alberta for 2 years, where he attended Mount Royal College. Lambert played in the local football system until university, when he was granted a scholarship to Western Michigan. He started 29 of 44 games at guard, centre, and offensive tackle and was selected for the first-team, All-Mid American as a senior in 2000.

Lambert was drafted in the third round of the 2000 CFL Draft by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and, in the 2001 CFL season, selected as the Ti-Cats Rookie of the Year, starting in all regular season games and two playoff games.
In February of 2003, Lambert signed with the Alouettes.
