Paul Tony Howe (born January 8, 1968) is a retired freestyle swimmer, who competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics for Great Britain, starting in 1984 (Los Angeles, California). There he claimed the bronze medal in the 4x200m freestle relay, alongside Neil Cochran, Paul Easter, and Andrew Astbury.
