Paul Green (property developer)

Paul Green is a property developer whose donations to Wendy Alexander, the leader of the Scottish Labour Party, caused a political scandal when it was alleged that the donations were illegal because he was a non-resident property magnate.[1]

The allegations were being investigated by the Electoral Commission.[2]
