Dr. Paul Finlayson is an American engineer in the Outer Planets Mission Analysis Group at Caltech's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. He has been involved in the development of low-thrust trajectory optimization tools. Before coming to JPL, he was the Numerics Group manager at Apple Computer.
