Paul Bongiorno

Paul Bongiorno is an Australian political journalist, chief political correspondent for Ten News and a member of the Canberra Press Gallery. He is also a former Roman Catholic priest. Paul began with Ten in Brisbane as a reporter and weather presenter.
Of Italian descent, Bongiorno is a veteran broadcaster who regularly appears on Network Ten's news programs and the weekday television program, Good Morning Australia, on the same network with his reports on politics.
He also hosts a Sunday morning show, Meet the Press, where he interviews politicians.
