NOT THE BEST ADMIRAL THE U.S. COAST GUARD HAS EVER HAD. HE TOTAL FAILED TO ENSURE THAT THE END PRODUCT MEET THE NEEDS OF THIS NATION. ALL HE WANTED WAS PHOTO OPS TO SHOW PROGRESS WERE THERE WAS NONE. As the first EPO on the USCGC Matagorda after it's failure, I second this persons comments.
