Patty Laurel

A former college basketball courtside reporter, Patty Laurel got her big break after winning the MTV VJ Hunt in 2003. Her stint as a VJ on MTV Philippines has opened her doors to other high profile gigs, such as TV commercials, as well as her former stint as one of the hosts on Studio 23's morning show Breakfast (TV show). She left MTV in 2004, after being an MTV VJ for a year and three months.

- She is the cousin of Movie & TV Actress Denise Laurel. She is granddaughter of the late former Vice-President Salvador Laurel and great granddaughter of the late President Jose Laurel.
