Patrik Baumann (born 29 July 1986) is a footballer from Switzerland who currently plays as midfielder for Concordia.

Baumann is a product of the FC Basel youth system and plays as a centre-back. He first came in to the Basel team at the end of the 2006/07 season. He started 1 game that campaign and just 1 the next so he was recently loaned ot to FC Basel's feeder club Concordia to gain first-team experience.
