Patrick Teugels is a Belgian kickboxer and the only fighter to defeat Jean-Claude Van Damme. Teugels was runner-up in the 1979 WAKO World Full-Contact Championships in the Middleweight Division in Orlando, Florida.
Teugels won a 2-round decision over Van Damme in the semi-finals. However, in a 1980 rematch in Belgium, Teugels was stopped in under 2 minutes by Van Damme.
