Patrick Sang (born April 11, 1964 in Kapsisiywa, Nandi District) is a retired Kenyan runner.
Sang won three silver medals in major 3,000 m steeplechase competitions:
He won gold medal in the 1987 All-Africa Games held in Kenya.
His 3,000 m steeplechase personal best is 8:03.41, set in 1997. In the late 1990s he also competed in marathon and half marathon races.
Collegiately, he competed for the Texas Longhorns.
