Patrick Koshoni

Patrick Koshoni is a Nigerian naval officer, former chief of Naval Staff and a former minister for Health during administration of General Buhari. During his tenure as health minister, he tried to kick start a national insurance scheme, the scheme involved medical treatment without down payment.
