Patrick ("Pat") Dwyer (born November 3, 1977 in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales) is a Canadian athlete specializing in the 400 metres.
He competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics, and was a part of the Australian team that won the silver medal in 4 x 400 metres relay. In addition he finished seventh with the relay teams at the 2000 Summer Olympics and fifth at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
His personal bests of 20.72 s (200 m) and 45.31 s (400 m) were both achieved in 2000.
