Patricia McBride

Patricia McBride is a ballerina who spent nearly 30 years dancing with the New York City Ballet. McBride was honored by a special performance of the City Ballet on June 4, 1989 at the New York State Theater in new York City's Lincoln Center in honor of her retirement.[1]
The ballet Tarantella was created in 1964 by George Balanchine for McBride and Edward Villella, premiering on January 7, 1964, at the City Center of Music and Drama.[1]
McBride is a native of Teaneck, New Jersey.[1]
