The term Patriarch of Jerusalem may refer to:
- Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem, one of nine highest-ranking Eastern Orthodox bishops, called patriarchs. He is fourth in line after the Patriarch of Constantinople, Patriarch of Alexandria, and Patriarch of Antioch
- Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Jerusalem
- Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, who in addition to representing the interests of his own church, is in communion with the other churches of the Oriental Orthodox communion
