Patny or Patny circle is a commercial suburb in Secunderabad, India.
There was a famous landmark called as Patny Motors. The historic Mahbub college is also located in this suburb.

The area is a major commercial and shopping area with a beeline of Dressing wear for people of Secunderabad.
The udipi restaurants Taj Mahal and kamat are popular here. The Secunderabad Telephone Exchange and General Post Office are located here.

The buses run by APSRTC connect Patny to all parts of the city.
The closest MMTS Train station is at Secunderabad station.
