Patan is a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. In the 12th century, it became the center of a minor state ruled by the Tomara clan.
This city was a war place for many rulers of India.
It is historical place , in the eighteenth century Great Maratha Worrior Alijah Shrinath Mahdhojirao alias Mahajji Shinde won the battel against rajput rulers , Armies if Jainagar todays Jaipur and Jodhpur were on one side and on the other side was the single handed army of Shrinath Mahadji Shinde.
