Patak's was a currypaste and spice company that is now part of Associated British Foods. The company provides 80% of British curry houses with sauces and mixed spices, and sells ready meals to supermarkets such as Tesco and other major retailers throughout Europe and North America. Patak's was sold to Associated British Foods on 30 May 2007 for £200m.
