Pat Kavanagh (born March 14, 1979, in Ottawa, Ontario) is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger, currently playing for Iserlohn Roosters in the German hockey league Deutsche Eishockey-Liga.[1]

Kavanagh was drafted in the 2nd round, 50th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft.
On January 31, 2007, Kavanagh signed with the Swedish club HV71 for the rest of season 2006-07. Previously season 2006-07, he has played for SaiPa in the Finnish SM-liiga, and two games with the Portland Pirates of the AHL. In 2007-08, Kavanagh will play for the Iserlohn Roosters in Deutsche Eishockey-Liga.[1]
