Pat Holmes (born August 3, 1940 in Durant, Texas) is a former American football defensive lineman who played eight seasons in the American Football League and in the NFL. He was an AFL All-Star in 1967 and 1968. Previously, he also played in the CFL for the Calgary Stampeders, where he was a CFL All-Star in 1965.
