Pat Finn was born July 31, 1965 in Evanston, Illinois. Graduated from Marquette University. He is an alumnus of The Second City of Chicago with Joel Murray, Chris Farley, Tim Meadows, among others. He was a member of the Improv Group Beer Shark Mice along with David Koechner, Neil Flynn, Mike Coleman, and Peter Hulne. He was one of the people to deliver a eulogy at Chris Farley's funeral, in which he cried at the end of his eulogy.
Some of his famous roles include: Seinfeld: "Joe Mayo" in The Reverse Peephole "Officer Rick" in Dude, Where's My Car?. Finn also appears in several television ads for Toyota
