| Purpose of use |
This is an image by an unknown author of the person who died which renders obtaining a free replacement image impossible. The image was published by the Church to identify and present its leader to the public. No free image was found through the good-faith effort. The image is of sufficiently low resolution to be useless for copying. It is widely spread on internet and in no way affects anyone's ability to make profit. Therefore, it is asserted that the usage of the picture in the WP article for the informational purposes by the non-profit WMF falls under both the FU exemption of the US copyright law as well as the narrower FU policies of the English Wikipedia |
| Replaceable? |
No, individual is deceased and a free image cannot be made |
