Hello, I have contacted the user who continues to add this information to draw attention to the Wikipedia disruptive editing page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Disruptive_editing.

However, it appears user is unregistered, and is on a dialup connection (Energis) and therefore will be unlikely to receive the messages due to different IP. If this continues it might be worth flagging this up for editing only by registered users. At least that way if the user continues to edit we have a way of drawing his/her attention to this talk page and the discussion therein. I would leave a note on the main page drawing potential editors to read this page, but I'm not sure that would be allowed within the Wikipedia terms. Lets sit back and see what happens.
