Rather than an explanation of what this organisation is/does and a factual description of the organisation, the entry for the Rail Passengers Council appears to contain criticisms of the organisation which are largely subjective and do not conform to the Wikipedia neutral point of view ethos. There are also a number of factual inaccuracies used to support the negative point of view, such as a statement that the minutes of the organisation are not available on their website when they are in fact available from the publications section. The criticisms are also not attributed to identifiable sources.

I think this page would be better used to explain the purpose of the organisation, with a separate section for history, criticisms/controversy and legal status. The Rail Passengers Council logo should be within the history section as it is no longer in active use.

The minutes have been available since 6 September 2006. Please identify any other factual inaccuracies.

The problem was less factual inaccuracies and more subjective opinions presented as fact with no references given to provide evidence. I have not touched the factual content but content stating opinion and non-attributable criticisms have been removed. Wikipedia should maintain a neutral tone of voice and if you have an opinion on an organisation there are other ways to make your voice heard.

Image:Rail passengers council logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
