Pasha Studios is a gay adult film producer that began productions in 2000, specializing in bareback gay pornographic video featuring bareback sex. Most of the current movies are very reminiscent of the themes typical of 1970s and early 1980s gay porn, featuring outdoor and group sex, casual pickups and leather/twink sex themes. YMAC, Bijou and William Higgins/Catalina Video produced movies in the same general genre in the past.
Pasha Studios produces a small number of features each year, with an emphasis on creating 'stars'. Performers are selected with an eye towards their enduring appeal and long-term prospects, much as is the case in pre-1985 movies and some straight porn genres. This bucks a general trend in some of the industry for 'amateur' and home made porn.
Pasha Studios to some extent views its products as a snapshot of its times and era and hence Pasha stars are generally known for their 'classic' looks and lack of trendiness.
