Parvicaecilia nicefori is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, arable land, pastureland, plantations , rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and irrigated land.
