Party Line is a Independent Film/Thriller/Horror movie! It was written & directed by William Webb! Focuses on a rich female operator of a Party Line who lures men to her home through her Phone Sex hotline so her disturbed brother (Leif Garrett) can slit there throats with a straight razor. (Richard Hatch) is the detective investigating the deaths with (Richard Roundtree) playing his captain.
