Parker House and Theory

Parker House and Theory is a rock band from Boston, Massachusetts.

Band members include lead vocalist Eric-Jon Tasker, lead guitarist Carlos Foglia, drummer Marcos Valles, bassist Colin Lewis, and Andy Wesby on keys and harmonica.

They won a Boston Music Award in 2006 for best live band.

They were scheduled to go on tour with James Brown on December 27, 2006[citation needed]; however, the latter died on Christmas Day.

Their music has been classified as a mix of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Maroon 5, Blues Traveler, The Police, Jeff Buckley, and Latin rock.

They recorded their full-length debut in the spring of 2007 with legendary producer/mixer Thom Russo (Prince, Michael Jackson, Audioslave, Eric Clapton, System of a Down). The album's release date is rumored to be April 15, 2008 and is titled 'Automatic Stranger'.[citation needed](This has been confirmed)

They are touring with nationally acclaimed act O.A.R. in the Spring of 2008 in support of the release 'Automatic Stranger'.

They were courted and signed by ICM in Spring of 2008.
