Paredes de Coura is a Portuguese parish, located in the municipality of Paredes de Coura. It has a population of 1,495 inhabitants, it has a total area of 3.09 km² and the density was 483.8/km².

Its coat of arms has a black shield with three corns in the top middle, a red ribbon in the middle and two sickles in the bottom-middle, it also has two wavy grey lines at the bottom with a blue one in the middle. Its flag colour are yellow at top-left and bottom-left and blue at the bottom-left and top-right.
