Paracassina obscura is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Ethiopia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, rural gardens, urban areas, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
