Paracassina kounhiensis is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Ethiopia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, temperate grassland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
