Who has invented the distinction between "Panzerjäger" and "Jagdpanzer"? Also heavy tank destroyers such as Jagdtiger or Jagdpanther were also called Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf. B and Panzerjäger Panther, respectively. In my opinion, the German terms "Panzerjäger" or "Jagdpanzer" can be used to refer to any tank destroyer.
