I have now moved the page. Nick 8 01:12, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image Needed
The article needs a picture of the player. Nick 8 02:06, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Reads like an Advertisement
I have changed some of the article to make it more neutral, but being "just a bunch of bullets and stats" doesn't really make it an advertisement. For now I have removed it, but if you have a more specific explanation post it here. Nick 8 00:26, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- It's just a bunch of bullets and stats with literally no content--just like a spec sheet for a product. In fact, there's no claim to notability here, so why is this article here? It should be up for deletion. -- Mikeblas 06:20, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- The DMP-BD10 is the only BD player that has currently announced upgrades for lossless decoding of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio in 7.1, so it has notibility. If being a spec sheet does makes something an advertisement, then what about other articles like the Toshiba HD-XA1? Nick 8 00:44, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AVCHD Features
The firmware description for version 1.4 states: "Support of the dics recorded with Panasonic AVCHD Camcorders". (the word "disc" is spelled incorrectly on the actual site) This implies that only Panasonic AVCHD discs are guaranteed to work with the player, but does not necessarily specify whether another company's camera (aka Sony) would play properly.
