[edit] Pacific Locomotive Nr.1053
The steam locomotive on photo accompaning the article is Pacific type passenger locomotive:
- Illinois Central Nr.1053 4-6-2 built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1909 with works number 33824.
Originally when left the works it was saturated two cylinder simple expansion ( cylinders 24" x 28" ) locomotive with 77" driving wheels. Later it was rebuilt with superheater. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.113.113.124 (talk) 18:56, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
