Panty gram

A Panty Gram^[1][2] is a panty with an attached "gram", or message sent from one party to another. The message is often a personal greeting, a humorous saying, or an expression of love. Grams may include other amenities, such as hearts or stickers. Grams are often sent from women to boyfriends, fiancés, or husbands.
