The Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway is a now-defunct rail company that was a subsidiary of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway.
It operated in Texas until a change in the Texas Constitution that allowed railroads operating in Texas to have headquarters outside the state, whereby the company was dissolved.
