Panayiotis Panayiotou (Greek: Παναγιώτης Παναγιώτου) (born 27 September 1988 in Nicosia, Cyprus) is a defender player that has been elected through the Academies of APOEL FC. He plays in Cyprus national under-21 football team. In the last year's championship of second teams it had been elected first scorer. Still one talented young man that is considered future hope for the team of APOEL.
