Pan-hellenic Championship 1940-41

Most people think that the Pan-hellenic Championship 1940/1941 never took place (as mentioned in EPO's official site) because of the Axis occupation of Greece during World War II but that's not entirely true.
Actually the championship did start and went on until 28 October 1940 when the Greco-Italian War started.

- Apollonas - Pangrati (6-0)
- AEK - Arionas (2-1)
- Asteras Athinas - Athinaikos (1-1)
- Panathinaikos - Atromitos (2-0)
13-10-1940
- Panathinaikos - Asteras (0-0)
- AEK - Athinaikos (4-1)
- Atromitos - Apollonas Athinas (0-2)
- Pangrati - Arionas (3-0)
20-10-1940
- Athinaikos - Panathinaikos (3-2)
- Asteras - AEK (0-6)
- Apollonas Athinas - Arionas (6-1)
- Pangrati - Atromitos (0-0)
29-9-1940
- AEK - Olympiakos (7-3)
Until that point AEK was leading the championship having won all their games and having scored an impressive 7-3 win against rival side Olympiakos.
